Well I started it on the official forum, so here we go again.

And who better to start with than...

Clan DA

And an honorable mention must go to Clan WNx of course.

My list of good guys has to include 3 peeps. MicCon and ConMic....these two are unbelievable when it comes to helping out, especially with new toons. Also PaladinStorm, he was the first person I partied with when I went hc. Since then we party whenever we're both in the server regardless of our levels. Always has 'treats' for the lower lvl peeps. And definately one of the more fun peeps to party with.


Just found out last night that PaladinStorm was accepted into the Wnx Clan. Told ya he was a nice guy lol :)

i was a lowly lvl 3 or 4 vamp,he was lvl 48 glad in bronze.
we partied up,he swung by n saved my poor lil butt,and in the prosess dropped me a small fortune,about 50 health potions and a few vamp runes he had knocking about.

now everytime i try n talk to him he just says french,so im presuming he doesn't understand a word of english,but a nice guy all the same :)

as for a good guy - Kreagon, Marie000 and Selene. Three really nice players.

Kreagon used to be in GM and now Phoenix knights (www.kreagon.com) so any in that guild can be classed as "good guys" in my opinion

lea- have had similar experiences with Teuteuch, too. depending on what char yor are playing and what lvl as to what he drops. he has dropped anyting from a few runes or a bit of gold to uniques, sets, etc. but he never talks. at least we know he is a good guy. :)

I have been playing with a couple of awesome players! Their names are LeZebet and Judomaster...and some1 else was there too but I forgot their name. We were playing in plat. and they just loaded me up with goodies and runes!! Plus they pulled in a couple of their lvl 206 guys just to give other people some items! HC community at its best and they deserve some recognition for it! :)

Well im not going to list all my good players as most are DA members and we all kno that they are all nice people so here are my others:
Mattoid, he always wants to help even though there is no benifit for him.
Teuteuch although already mentioed is a great player and always there with help
Rooster is a really great guy all round
Fulc often drops in to help peple was below his level
Gimpa a conciderate and generouse player (She gave me the best shield I have ever seen)
Voided as he has helped me allot in putting a PvP together to try and mend hurt feelings between DA and WNx which is a very good cause, other than that he is just a great guy in game
Thats all I can think of for now but they are all great and so deserved a mention.

Who says I can't post one of our own right here? I think mainly this thread is for us acknowledge the nice things that someone else in the Sacred community has done from time to time. But we have one outstanding individual here that I think should get mention in our own site. He made the very first HC thread on the main UW forums, and was mentioned as the very first "GOOD GUY" on those same forums, and I can't think of a nicer guy for it to happen too. Sinclsw007, comon down and take a bow!!

He is an extremely smart player, and even nicer a person. Before I joined DA, I never really noticed clan tags very much, didn't even realize he belonged here. We partied together quite a few times, and I had an absolute blast with this guy! And learned a lot from him also. It seemed everytime we got together, the lvls just flowed. I think he is quite a guy.

So now UW is out, and look who is at the forefront, making us look good to all, once again. Lets have a nice round of applause for my friend and yours....Sinclsw007

Have to agree, sinc is a good guy. Today I asked him if he had a couple spare leech runes I could have and he did. :) Thanks sinc, not sure my daemon would have survied without them. She finally found her first leech rune on her own at lvl 22. She found lots of runes, but no leech.

If I start naming all the good guys I can think of, we will be here for a long time, so to those who have helped me, a big Thanks to you. :)

Btw, I have already got a small stash of runes and gold and working to make them bigger. If anyone needs some extra gold or runes to get them started, just let me know. Always happy to help as much as I can. :)

Edit: Did have small stash. Lvl 38 Daemon died fighting in the Embalmed Forest.

I would like to add Leeg to the list.
My first incounter with leeg was after my first UW deth, he signed in just after me and instantly filled the trade window with runes and 100k gold. Not only did he help me but if ever anyone is ever in need of help it is more than likely that he will be the first person to put up his and gave help them. He often pops back into bronze to distribute goodies as well as to just check and see how others are going and offer usefull advice on toons.

I've been testing character builds and CAs for the past few days, and not only was Leeg extremely helpful in assisting me, but he was constantly helping Hardcore players new and old get their footing.

Without a doubt, one of the good guys.

I partied with PJBoulton for a little bit tonight in gold, great guy! I saw where Jonny posted him in the good guys thread on the main forums. This one is a keeper. I talked to him about joining, he seems to think he can't put the time into he needs to. I tried to tell him, its not like that with us, so if you see him in game, let him know what it is like here ok?

There are many good guys (in the HC part atleast:P) i can't remeber all i played with, but indeed PJ is a very good guy. glstewart is a very nice guy aswell, with him i had the first magic we/ranged we team, wich works very well (thorn bush + arrows).
I also know another guy, arcangelo, an italian that i see around irc every once and a while. i hope he's able to get UW too (has a bit money probs) but once he can get there i think he could be a good one aswell:).
Further i always love to entertain/tease-a-bit the ladies (maybe thats why DaGirl once gave me the name of CuddleBirdy :rolleyes: )

Winston - Jimmy J may remember him, when we both first joined DA Winston was always there and online at the same time that we were, many times we both stood over Jimmy J's dead toon. Each time one of our party mates would pass on Winston would begin to ask around for donations and he would also shop for some oodies to start the new toon out.

This was all in S+, Jimmy and I moved into UW and left Winston behind, well today I was online and here comes Wnston in storming and rageing as he always will.

Last night I mentioned to trd2004 I was looking for sol's staves.

He went away, came back with 3 or 5 or 6 characters in succession, and dumped TONS of stuff on the island. Took him about 1/2 hour, he had trouble logging in and trouble staying in too.

Including 2 level 165 Sol's staves. (My daeomon is level 138 now! I'm very excited!)

partied a few times with Buck and she/he knows i have a sera ..brought me a few times gold finnished prototypes swords (even Buck knows its a long quest) she/he even brought my sera plat protos and now even a niob proto

helped Buck his sera to find better stuff in plat to mf some stuff for him/her wich he/she didnt knew a dwarf could add

my opinion for a char not knowing that a dwarf can add,and helping others while he/she can,all i can say Buckcherry is allready in my friend list :)

Tim Llama is a great player :) every1 from sacred+ knows Llama and yes great player

Today in bronze while working on Blue Kid, Masteff came into the server. I rushed to the island to give his glad a set shield I'd found. This guy, no affilliations with any clan noticed, proceeded to drop runes for me, a dozen or so. I thanked him profusely, then he dropped all those cute little piles of gold. Thousands of coins all over the island. Then he says "my regards to clan DA". What a nice fella. :)

Got a new name for the good guys list. Today someone called Lutinelaura joined the silver game I was playing in and said he/she had some items for me. So I teleported to the island and this person started tossing glad items all over the island, even more than I could carry. I have never seen this person before and thats why I was so surprised I almost fell off my chair. I other words definitley a good guy in my opinion.

Both are generous when it comes to give items, runes or gold; are always prepared to party, take responsibility when partied and often are in for a joke too.

Dark is the one responsible for me having a full Raane's set for my lvl 96 Glad. Oh I found a piece or three once in awhile, but never the armor, boots or Helm. Last night he gave me all 3! I couldn't believe it!
I tell you what, the first time I saw that full-time Heroic Courage bloom under my Glad's feet was one of the best times of the admittedly short time I have been playing!
You may never read this, but Thank You Dark! You are one of the ones I watch, and learn from. I have benefited (no pun there) in many, many ways from seeing you do your magic! :D

dark is an awsome player i've seen actions like this take place while i was running around with riggs and dark and to top it off i don't think there is ne one who run tho vot as fast as he can. i believe riggs has witnessed this too. he's just awsome in UW no doubt about it!

p.s. riggs i do believe you said he's like a lvl 100 running over lvl 1's right? lol

There's a very generous Frenchie (don't know if it's male or female) who has given me lots of great items on several occasions recently. Jean_denis_Clopon_Toutou has a dwarf around level 52 and seems particularily adept at finding great stuff. This player is very friendly and more than generous in passing out set items.

Though Tharkane plays SP exclusively, he's spent a lot of time and effort on helping others with posts on the SIF, and writing entertaining guides (Dwarf, Daemon, DE) that instruct as well as amuse.

So, this commendation is for Tharkane!

Clan DA members who have interest in melee characters particularly, should check out his guides. They are great... and entertaining. You might even learn a thing or two... ;)

(to avoid a double post... just have to say that I told jean-denis (he's French speaking with English as a 2nd (or 3rd for all I know!) language.) that he's famous...people had written about him here. He was quite pleased. Hope he came and looked for himself... But it sure is nice to make someone realize that reputation can actually go around the world!...

And to let you all know, he's still playing Sacred regularly. Actually, I should try to recruit him. Note to self: Recruit good guys ('n gals).
